The Almaty Pact, originally named SIB, is an economic union that includes Boratstans, Indersdorf, Saint Perry, Nova Cameroon and formaly Scorpian Federation, and the Union-Siberian Socialist-Monarchy. Scorpia's membership was initially cancelled during the Boratstanian-Scorpian War before being reinstated as a member nation after the conflict ended. The pact was established on January 5, 2026 by Boratstans, Indersdorf and Scorpian Federation. Prior to the war it was referred to as SIB/IBS/BIS, though the correct order of the letters remains unclear. During and after the war, the Almaty Pact was relatively inactive, however with the addition of Saint Perry and Nova Cameroon, it began creating laws and bills aimed at facilitating easier travel and trade between member nations, as well as reducing taxation.

The Almaty Pact primarily focuses on uniting non-major countries to increase their global influence while helping member nations develop. However, it is restricted to Elisia, Takaria, North Laurentia, and South Laurentia.

Incidents

1st August 2026

The Union-Siberian Socialist-Monarchy and the Scorpian Federation left AP on 1st August, 2026. Both left the AP to acession into the Locotimian Commonwealth. The representatives of the Almaty pact countries decided to improve the pact more after this.

Criminals from AP nations which are arrested in another AP nation must be deported back to the (AP) nation of origin - 17th July 2026
AP nations must put in place regulations on single-use plastics - 31st July 2026
