The Kaiser of Drambenburg (or Drambenburger Kaiser) is the monarch, head of government, and chief executive the country of Drambenburg. The office was officially established with the Charter of Rights in 1215; however, the title of "Kaiser" predates the establishement of the Charter by several centuries, dating to the bestowal of the title of "Caesar" to Rudolf I by Pope XXX in 923.
