Masalakage (Estmerish: "Masala cake") or Masalakrumme ("Masala crumpet") is a Scovernois street food based off of the Estmerish crumpet and Satrian spice mixes (masala).

Crumpets were first introduced to Scovern by Estmerish merchants and sailors in the late-19th century, and became popular amongst industry workers in Rimso before their popularity spread across the country. Satrian immigrants introduced the first masalakager in the 1980s, though the credit for its inaugural invention has come under contention from numerous sellers who all claim to have invented it at separate times.

Masalakager differ from vendor-to-vendor, but they generally consist of crumpets tossed in an spiced egg mixture then fried in butter until golden brown on both sides. Some are garnished with coriander, though this is usually optional. They are a common breakfast in Rimso, and contributed a significant amount to the city's local identity. Despite this, they are becoming more common across the country and it is now usually regarded as one of Scovern's national foods.
