Hetenberg is a city, located in southeastern Besmenia. It is the capital of the Besmenian state of Lemberland, and with a population of 1,404,593 the biggest city in Lemberland and the fifth biggest in Besmenia.
As the seat of the state government of Lemberland and the State Chamber of Lemberland as well as numerous state authorities, the city is the political center of Lemberland. In addition, important educational and cultural institutions of the federal state are concentrated here.
