The 1985 Besmenian federal election in Besmenia took take place on September 1, 1985. It was the election of the 18th Federal Chamber. The Free Besmenian Citizen's Party led by Martin Beiter remained the largest faction in parliament, with Beiter remaining Prime Minister in a FBBP-SDU coalition.
