Józef Kamiński assumed office as President of Vistulzka on August 15, 2020 after his victory in the 2020 Vistulzka national election succeeding Władysław Skrzyński. During his election cycle, he nominated Bálintka Bondarenko as his Head of Ducal Council. The Ducal Council also includes the Marshal of Vistulzka, however the Marshal acts entirely in an observatory capacity. Kamiński's Ducal Council has 22 members, including six women.
