The nations, territories, organizations, and regions of the world often have numerous translations, both domestically and across world languages, including exonyms which may have widespread use moreso than their actual official title, as well as archaic titles which, while are no longer officially utilized, may still appear in certain settings. This article includes the names of various geopolitical entities across several languages. All entries are organized alphabetically by language.
