The Duchy of Palaegon was a duchy of the Trellinese Empire. It was created in 1574 by Queen Azara III Kazdorir for her youngest child, Ulqienë, who married Prince Jantral of Mevirin in 1582. Centred around the small town of Palaegon, in southern Idisamo, the duchy was ruled by Duchess Ulqienë's descendants, House Kazdorir-Tirika, until 1739, when King Lonaki III Kazdorir died and left the throne to his cousin, Duke Elcmar, who became Elcmar IV of Trellin. Kazdorir-Tirika became House Palægos and the duchy was dissolved.
