Tsungirirai is a district in Rwizikuru, which as of the 2011 census is the eighth-most populous district in the country, with 0.3 million inhabitants living in the district. Its district seat is Zambuko, a port city on the Rwizikuru River. It is bordered to the west by the the country of Mabifia, to the northwest by Habasha, to the north by Nyikaitsva, to the east by North Balisaland, to the southeast by Gutaguru and Dzakakwirira, and to the south by Mumbengegwi.
