Camria (Camrian: Kemrad), officially the Kingdom of Camria (Camrian: Rheon Kemrad), is a sovereign state in western Asura, bordering Tricladia to the north, Cuirpthe and Glosmynd to the east, Vvarden to the south and the Opal Ocean to the west. The kingdom comprises mainland Camria, which contains the metropolitan capital city of Elysed, as well as the Affalonic Isles to the west. According to the 2018 census, the country has a population of 36.5 million.

Prior to the rise of the Fiorentine Empire, Camria was inhabited primarily by a number of Thiaric peoples, most notably the Cymrals. The region was subjugated by the Fiorentines during the Cymralic Wars from 26-20 BCE, giving rise to the province of Cymral, and the eventual adoption of Vulgar Fiorentine by the majority of the local population, giving rise to the modern Camrian language. The Betrayal at Mydroll and the ensuing fall of the Fiorentines led to the rise of petty kingdoms across the province, most notably that of Elysed. By the 10th century CE, Peter the Saint of Elysed would adopt Alydianism, and help the nascent Alydian Empire to pacify Camria, leading to the Camrian Consolidation. Camrian participation in the Alydian Empire would be constistently undermined by the dominance of the Atrescan kingdoms, resulting in a longstanding rivalry between the two regions.

By the thirteenth century, the Duchy of Elysed had emerged as the dominant power in Alydian Camria, and was one of the first polities to take advantage of colonialism, establishing a number of colonies across the new world during the 15th century. This nascent colonial empire led to an economic revolution in the duchy, allowing it to stand toe-to-toe with Atrescan rivals. The outbreak of the Pontifical War in 1551 saw Camria defy the Alydian Emperor, siding with Midrasia and ultimately emerging victorious in the conflict. In the aftermath of the conflict, Midrasian Emperor-King Charles II allowed for the creation of the Archduchy of Camria, consolidating Camrian prestige and power in western Asura. The fall of the Empire allowed the Camrian monarchs to adopt the title of King, and the nascent kingdom to engage in further colonial pursuits in Majula and Arabekh.

The Camrian Empire became a major feature of the late colonial era, and the kingdom itself had emerged as a significant player in Asuran politics. In the Great War, Camria was a member of the Grand Alliance, and though it emerged victorious from the war, the fighting had disastrous effects on the country, with border regions such as Glosmynd able to break away from the kingdom, and a number of colonies granted self-governance. By the 1980s, the Camrian Empire - outside of a few minor islands - was all but ended. The kingdom had, however, emerged as a diplomatic middle power in Asura.

In the modern day, Camria is a federal parliamentary constitutional monarchy. The reigning monarch is Anna II, while the current serving Prime Minister is Luc Gwenadur. Camria has a nominal GDP per capita of $34,318.
