Heinz Frank Dimmler (14 April 1871 - 6 July 1965) was a Besmenian statesman who served as the second Prime Minister of the Federal Republic of Besmenia (East Besmenia) from 1924 to 1940. He was co-founder and first leader of the Besmenian People's Party (BVP) (until 1955), a Christian Democratic party that under his leadership became one of the most influential parties in the country.
