The National Marechaussee (NMAR) is one of the two national police forces of Atmora, alongside the Federal Police and one of the five branches of the Atmoran Armed Forces. The National Marechausseee are a gendermarie force performing military and civilian police duties, the Marechaussee is a unique branch of the Atmoran Forces due it being placed under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of State Security—with additional duties to the Ministry of National Defence.
