Askye (Askyen: Askyea [æska͡ɪ](Speaker Icon.svg listen) is a country in northern Thuadia located in the Sivuk Gulf. The nation shares borders with Aleni in the north, Astariax and Kiyortza in the west, Vescarium in the south and Zefristan to the east. The nation is made up of around 15,450,000 as an estimate for 2021. The capital of Askye is the city of Anina, also with the nations highest metropolitan population.

The capital of the nation, Anina is home to 2.3 million citizens, making it not only the capital but also largest city in Askye. Other cities in the nation include Tirumen, Cvatch and Petrikota. The nation is flat and has temperate climates throughout, which has made Askye a much desired land for colonisers and empires throughout history, with a lot of good, sustainable land in the central regions of the nation. Askye is a fairly flat nation with the highest point being 1,343 metres tall (Point Serina), however the rest of the nation being much closer to sea level, especially around the coast. A few river systems run through the country, notably the River Boas and River Ollessia. The majority religion of Askye is Samiism, originating from neighbour Aleni.
