Vincent von Schilling (born: 18 February 1973), is a Besmenian politican, who is since 2021 the 13th President of Besmenia.
Von Schilling was member of the Federal Chamber from 2005 to 2009 and from 2009 to 2021 a member of the State Chamber of Gablitz. From 2010 to 2014 he served as Minister of Interior of Gablitz, after his predecessor has resigned. From 2014 to 2021 he served as the Governor of Gablitz.
Early life and education
Vincent von Schilling was born on February 18, 1973 in Sulzburg, Neidenstein-Sulzburg, to the son of Herbert von Schilling (1932-2017) and Gudrun Olfmann (1939-). In 1981 the family moved to Könlenz, Gablitz. Von Schilling attended the primary school in Sulzburg from 1979 to 1981, the primary school from 1981 to 1983 and the regular school in Könlenz from 1983 to 1989.
