Saint Christopher's County is an Imaguan county situated in the southern part of the island of Imagua. It is bordered to the west by Cuanstad, to the north by Saint Ellen's County, and to the east by Saint Hubert's County.

Etymology

The county was named after Saint Christopher, the patron saint of travellers, as due to the geography of the county, few people dared to settle in the area until 1569, when Lundholm was established.

Government

Saint Christopher's, like any other county (except for the city of Cuanstad, and the Assimas County) is run by the county council (Etrurian: consiglio di contea), comprising of thirty-five seats. The county council is led by a Sheriff (Sceriffo or Sceriffa), currently Ralph Parker. The county government is based in Lundholm.

Like all other counties except Cuanstad and the Assimas Islands, Saint Christopher's has very little authority, which has led to very low participation in county elections and government, with the average turnout for county elections only being around 22.5%.

Economy

While the western regions of Saint Christopher's County is heavily reliant on Cuanstad, the further east one goes, the less reliant the economy is on Cuanstad, with agriculture being the predominant industry in the general area. The primary economic centres outside of the Cuanstad metropolitan area are located in Lundholm and Bellmare.
