The Colony of Owaya is an overseas territory of Vionna-Frankenlisch, administrated as a Colony of the Frankenlischian Empire. Located in northern Wishtonia, Owaya consists of three main islands and several smaller ones. Founded in 1645 by Sir Cecil Walshingham, the colony was Frankenlisch's first posession in the region of Wishtonia and has since grown to be a major Imperial stronghold in the area.
