The Divine Army of the Ninety-Nine Nations (Mutli:"బొలొనె ఖబల ఖుకౢ లకమజులు", "Bolonlahutuhokal K'abal K'uhul Lakamtzul") is a Mutulese military branch established after the Belfro-Mutulese war of 1911. The DA3N is unique in the Mutulese Army in that it is open to foreign recruits willing to serve the K'uhul Ajaw directly, on the sole condition that they are White Pilgrims. It possess both its own specific high-command and recruitment service, both of which are independent from the rest of the Divine Army.

Service is reserved to White pilgrims males between 16 and 40 years old and since its creation, the Divine Army has had more than 300,000 soldiers serving under its banner. Historically, the majority of the recruits came from countries surrounding the Vespanian Ocean, including radicalized Ankati, Pulaui voluntaries, and Maori mercenaries. But since the 1990s, Charnea became the main recruitment ground of the DA3N as it enjoy a great prestige in the Charnean Empire as the current de facto commander of the army, Martuf Lamine, served in the Divine Army before his return to Charnea alongside many of the Empire's current highest-ranking officers such as Martuf's bodyguards.

The DA3N's traditions and culture is the backbone on which the rest of the army is built. With the harsh training recruits have to go through, it create the esprit de corps vital to the good functioning of an unit made-up of a patchwork of people from all around the world with sometime a weak grasp of Mutli when they arrive to the recruitment center. The rigorous selection and hellish training are part of the DA3N's appeal to potential candidates and the source of its prestige.

The DA3N is known to cultivate an image of religious fanatism, cold-blooded ruthlessness and absolute dedication to the K'uhul Ajaw for whom they are expected to give their lives in an heartbeat if so asked. As a result, people who have gone through the DA3N formation are considered safe enough to be allowed in full-gear in the presence of the K'uhul Ajaw and even to have personal audiences with the Divine Lord of the Mutul if they make the express demand for one. The DA3N is also one of the four units tasked with the personal safety of the K'uhul Ajaw and his family with the K'uhul Tupilob Tzul, the Ik'ak Tzuk, and the Taj Tzuk.
