Grand Prince George, Duke of Chalcedon (Tibereius Rhomanius Troadinos George Manuel Constantine Louis; b. 6 April, 1969) is the second son and heir to the Elena II and her late husband PLACEHOLDER. At the time of his birth he was third in the line of succession to the Celestial throne; currently he is eleventh. His mother, Elena II, is the current monarch of Mesogeia. When his mother became Empress in 1970, George, then one-year old, was granted the Duke of Chalcedon, a title traditionally granted to the second son of a reigning sovereign when available.

Since gradating from the Imperial Naval Academy in 1991, the Duke has held various offices in the Imperial navy. In 2010 he succeeded his late father as Grand Admiral when he died. In 1988 he married the fabulously wealthy Penelope, heiress to the Prince of Opsikion; the couple have four children.
