The Rt. Hon. Trjang Gwrang, Lord of L′oi PC OA (Shinasthana: 隋侯, sloi-go; Jan. 13, 1854 – Dec. 2, 1938) was a Themiclesian academic, literary critic, entrepreneur, civil servant, and Conservative politician, four times Prime Minister of Themiclesia, 1919 – 21, 1923 – 24, 1928, and 1930 – 31. He was the son of Trjang N′rju′, Lord of Sloi (d. 1898).
Reception
The Lord of Sloi holds the record for the most mandates (four separate times) as Prime Minister during the modern period, though governing for less than eight years in total. Most authorities consider him an unsuccessful prime minister, due to difficulties uniting the parliamentary parties of both chambers and dealing with changing international circumstances.
