M.A.S.S.O.D recruited in Munkcestrian private schools recruiting those aged 15 years and over. (one year younger than the minimum conscription age).
Controversy
The agency was criticised for it's explicitly violent and politicised nature. It was also controversial for cooperating with Saranidia and for failing to deal with threats to national security perpetrated by the Munkcestrian government.
