Recruitment tactics
M.A.S.S.O.D recruited in Munkcestrian private schools recruiting those aged 15 years and over. (one year younger than the minimum conscription age). This was controversial abroad seeing as all 15 year olds were considered minors in terms of voting rights (majority was gained through graduating the University of Munkchester which no living 15 year old had graduated from).
Controversy
The agency was criticised for it's explicitly violent and politicised nature. It was also controversial for cooperating with Saranidia and for failing to deal with threats to national security perpetrated by the Munkcestrian government.
Role
It's role included intelligence gathering and providing covert direct action. It provided both these functions overseas, they were carried out domestically through the Munkcestrian Constabulary
