Albrecht Manfred Neumann; 22 October 1878 – 12 September 1969) was a Besmenian statesman who was the 4th Prime Minister of Besmenia from 1944 to 1956. Previously, Neumann was governor of the Besmenian state of North Lemberland from 1939 to 1944. Neumann was also party leader of the FBBP from 1945 to 1963. And he was from 1931 to 1935 mayor of his hometown Bartaz.
