The StG M6, officially the Sturmgevär/Sturmgewehr Modell 2006, is an Acrean 5.56x45mm select-fire rifle designed by the Stuhr arsenal for the Acrean Armed Forces. The M6 was born out of a program to combine the operating system of the StG M90 with the ergonomics of the StG M66, an Acrean derivative of the Shalumite StG 64 which was used primarily by special forces and other specialised troops. First adopted in limited numbers by the Jagdkommando in 2004, the M6 was later approved for service by the Acrean Army in 2006.

In addition to adoption by the Acrean Army, the M6 has seen widespread use among law enforcement agencies in Acrea and abroad. It currently serves as the standard service rifle for all Acrean Army divisions within Army Group Nord and and is expected to fully replace the M90 in frontline service with all divisions by 2026.
