The Rogers administration began on December 1, 1788 when Thomas Rogers took office as the third president of the Federation of Rizealand and ended when he left office on December 1, 1798. Rogers took office as a Confederate after winning the 1788 election. He was subsequently reelected in 1793. His administration was succeeded by the Raferty administration under Benjamin Raferty, a member of the Confederate Party.
