The Raferty administration began on December 1, 1798 when Benjamin Raferty took office as the fourth president of the Federation of Rizealand and ended when he left office on December 1, 1808. Raferty took office as a Confederate after winning the 1798 election. He was subsequently reelected in 1808. His administration was succeeded by the Gallagher administration under George Gallagher, a member of the Confederate Party.
