The 2023 Rizealand Federation Council elections are planned to be held on Sunday, October 1, 2023, as part of the 2023 Rizealand elections. They will determine the composition of the Federation Council in the 51st Central Assembly and are scheduled to take place in all nine of Rizealand's states as well as the Capital Territory, St. Ellen, and the Onnohou Nation. Of the 38 seats in the Federation Council, 22 seats will be up for election. With 17 seats, the National Progress Coalition, led by Majority Chair Bradley Williamson, currently controls a plurality of the Federation Council's seats and will be defending 11 seats during these elections. The Tripartite Nationalist Coalition, led by Opposition Chair Jordan Watts, controls only 15 seats and willl also be defending 11 of those seats during these elections.

On March 4, 2023, the TNC held party caucuses in Assimia in which a total of seven candidates sought the nomination for Assimia's first seat in the Federation Council. They included Eva Chapman (political activist and perennial candidate), Rory Greene (small business owner), Brandon Sharp (pastor), Teddy Cunningham (mayor of Defiance), and Noah Boland (small business owner). After no candidate received an absolute majority of the vote, a runoff primary election will be held between Chapman and Greene as the top two candidates on May 27, 2023.

They included Dylan O'Mellan (floor leader for the Sotirian Democrats in the Assimia State Assembly), Robert Burke (Army veteran and entrepreneur), Tamara Woya (pastor), Harry Thompson (small business owner), and Benedita Vieira (pastor). After no candidate received an absolute majority of the vote, a runoff primary election will be held between O'Mellan and Burke as the top two candidates on May 27, 2023.
