Koen Cerfontain was a Beatavician politician who served as the Prime minister of Beatavic from 1948-1954, Lieutenant governor of Arklip from 1940-1948 and the Mayor of Klingtern from 1938-1940. He is well known throughout Beatavic for serving as prime minister during the World War.
