Parlin Lugamendier is the former Chairman of Gjorka between 1989 and 2000 at the enactment of the New Constitution. He died in 2010 from Lung Cancer due to years of Chronic Smoking. Parlin was the leader of the Revolution against the Communist Dictatorship. His popularity rate never went below 60%.
