Tudor Brynn Williams (28 August 1974) is a Lucian officer currently serving in the Lucis Army under Task Force 141.
Williams served with his old friends, Kiriya Kitagawa and Angus MacDonald during The Troubles. Kiriya often noted that Williams is his favourite soldier during their old days so much that brotherhood developed between the three. As a result, Williams developed a sense of professionalism and considers himself to be superior to anyone. During the Imperial Crisis, he was later assigned as a disciplinary head for Task Force 141 for junior officers.
He is extremely bigoted in his views, making every effort to bully junior officers. He has only one goal in life: to get officers as disciplined as he is. Williams has a cunning and fierce pirate-like look. He is disgusted about the laid-back nature of the task force officers and members and how they don't "seriously" take the war, frequently calling them a "bunch of poofs". Many Task Force members consider him as a stereotypical "devious" West Lucian, using cunning tactics in the field to turn the tide in his favour. Almost every Task Force members, including those from Task Force 219 are afraid of him. He particularly dislikes his fellow officers of the same rank, particularly Darzana Magbaredge, but is however scared of his commanding officer, Colonel Eleanor Varrot.
He has a particular loathing for Lt. Waldemar Fegelein, owing to his various antics against him, although Williams will praise him for it if it serves his purposes. He will often repeat every sentence that task force members would say if it annoys him. Williams often mispronounces long words, turning "hysterical" into "hystorical" or "historectical", "misapprehension" into "mishappropriation", "education" into "heducation" and "ignorant" into "higorant". Williams also has a tendency to roar "Shut up!" when he hears something that meets his disapproval (hence his nickname) and is also remembered for his sarcastic remark, "Oh dear, how sad, never mind!". He sees Naoto Kitagawa as a son, which reminded him dearly of a younger Kiriya.
