The Districts of Ruvelka refer to the fourteen constituent states that make up the Grand Principality of Ruvelka. They consist of eleven primary districts, two special districts, and one autonomous region. The eleven primary districts were established with the Imperial Law of Ruvelka in 1918 following the end of the Ruvelkan Civil War; the remaining three districts were created after the signing of the Treaty of Aragon in 2010 at the conclusion of the Zemplen War.
The Ruvelkan Imperium was originally founded on the principle of federalism which was effectively overwritten after the Red War when the nation became the Socialist Republic. The importance of federalism was revived following the Imperial Separatist victory in the Ruvelkan Civil War that founded the modern-day Principality.
