Sonnen- (German: Zonn-Nen, English: Sonn-En) is the Commoner God of Light, Solar Lights, and Plasma Energy. She is the among the first beings in the Universe after Universum created it; she is also the first female in the Universe's history (deity or mortal). She was among the most powerful of Commoner deities and was considered the polar opposite to her older brother, Dunkelheit, who is usually considered stronger than her; both are either consider equal in strength or Sonnen- to be slightly weaker. In TECT Mythology, Sonnen- is depicted as the mother to all stars, plasma, energy, heat, and creator to all light within the Universe. Sonnen-'s father is Universum, who gave birth to her by splitting remnants of his soul and duties to her before his death. Sonnen- was responsible for creating light and energy for the Universe, mothering stars and plasma, and creating heat for planets and stars; she is usually depicted as being a massive white star surrounded by powerful plasma rivers, intense heat, and is usually the source of blinding light.

Among her family of six, Sonnen- was the only female god among them. She was annually harassed as being weaker and being female in general. Her older brother, Dunkelheit, especially despised her as she was his polar opposite. Dunkelheit is commonly associated with being the first sexist in history and is usually the god who antagonizes other gods into either fighting or supporting him. Sonnen- was well known for having a warm personality but also for having an intense anger fueled by revenge and despise. In anger, Sonnen- would usually radiate much hotter and burn brighter, usually blinding and burning unprepared gods and destroying entire galaxies at times. Her power was openly displayed in the Black End conflict where she fought on her eventual spouse's, Weltall, side against Dunkelheit and a few other brothers. Among her offenses, she shot plasma rivers of devastation, used stars as large bombs, and burned her opponents with intense heat and light. Weltall's side eventually won and made the losers rebuild the many destroyed galaxies that were destroyed. Sonnen- was forced however to assist Dunkelheit in creating the stars as part of the rebuilding process.

Sonnen- played an important part in TECT Mythology by creating the Universe by creating stars, heat, and light. She is also attributed to playing a part in creating gravity because of stars intense gravitational forces. Schwerkraft though is associated with gravity and gravitational forces as its creator. Sonnen- had no problem though displaying the gravitational power of her stars. As a Gründer Götter goddess, she was believed to rule over stars, heat and energy. It is believed that every time a star goes supernova or the Sun is especially bright -- it is a sign of Sonnen-'s vengeful anger after death.
