Weltall (German: Vel-Tall, English: Well-tall) is the Commoner God of Space & Time. He is among the first beings to populate the Universe and is among the most powerful of deities in TECT Mythology. Weltall is also associated with space phenomenon and for setting the time frame of the Universe before his eventual death. In TECT Mythology, Weltall is often depicted as the father of Time and the Universe; not to be mistaken for his father, Universum, who is the grandfather of the Universe and is similarly named to his son. Weltall's father is Universum, who gave birth to Weltall by splitting remnants of his soul and duties to him. His primary duties were to lead his small family in creation of the Universe, build open space to use for expansion, and to create Time itself (including time frames for everything not divine).

Weltall, the victor of Dunkelheit's coup, appears in a different form to check his progress in his punishment.

As much of a leader he was, Weltall was disliked by most of his siblings -- Dunkelheit especially disliked his older brother who he saw as a roadblock to full power. Weltall inherited the duties of operating Space & Time, essentially making him the embodiment of Time itself and much of the Universe. In appearances, Weltall is described usually as a solid black figure of humanoid shape; he was said to be so powerful that his divinity glowed with blinding white light that matched his sister's, Sonnen-, who was essentially a massive white star like being. Weltall's personality is very rarely depicted but what is detailed is that he was very intuitive, intelligent, and he was known for predicting the future on many accounts. Combativeness is something Weltall often avoided but found that he couldn't evade; many of the sources of conflict originated with his brother, Dunkelheit, who would constantly challenge his older brother for power. One conflict so devastating between the two gods, dubbed the "Black End", destroyed several hundred galaxies that took hundreds of millions of years to create as collateral damage. Dunkelheit was defeated but lived thanks to his needed participation in the Universe and his immortality; but as punishment, Weltall made his younger brother and the siblings who helped in his coup, rebuild the destroyed galaxies in the conflict. This epic poem written by the ancient author, "Arther", explained the creation of hellish planets, gas bodies, and other less constructive cosmic bodies and phenomenon.

Weltall plays a major role in TECT Mythology even though he only plays his roles in the earliest works. His contributions, power, and role all build him up to being one of the most important figures in TECT Mythology. He was especially the most important figure in the Gründer Götter or Founder Gods. Commoners believed he ruled the outside space from the world (outer space) and controlled all of time during his life.
