The Confederate Brytisc Fleet uses a single rank identification structure, and all personnel are officially members of the same service branch. When wearing formal insignia, red as the primary colour indicates naval personnel, whilst white as the primary colour indicates infantry or aerial personnel.

Brytisc military ranks boast an odd collection of roots, thanks to influences from a variety of seafaring cultures and trade. The Brytisc rank system was formalised in the 1700s.
