The Patrian Legion Service Award is a military award given to members of the armed forces of to members of the nation's armed forces for completing deployments with the peacekeeping force maintained by the Patrian Defense League. The Patrian Legion Service Award is also issued by the governments of Notreceau, Costa Mejis and Rocha Sur under similar criteria. The Patrian Legion Service Award is one of the only international military decorations issued by the Lumenic Legion.
History
Awarding and eligibility
The Patrian Legion Service Award may be awarded to any member of the Lumenic Legion actively participating in peacekeeping activities sanctioned by the Patrian Defense League as part of the Patrian Legion. The approval or consent of allied governments or the unified command that governs the Patrian Legion, however, the commanding officer of the Patrian Legion will generally be furnished with a list of awards, and will often present those awards. International forces working in tandem Patrian Legion legion forces, as well as forces under the command of Patrian Legion officers, but not from a member state of the Patrian Defense League, are not eligible to receive the Patrian Legion Service Award, but may be awarded other military honors at the discretion of the governments and armed forces of the participating Patrian Defense League member states.
The Patrian Legion Service Award can be awarded more than once to the same recipient. If an individual receives more than one Armed Forces Distinguished Service Award then the ribbon would display a Term of Service device.
