Enéas Almeida (29 July 1919 – 18 February 1981; aged 61) was a Maracan statesman who served as the fourth President of Maracao from 1958 and 1973. A socialist and pan-Bahianist, Almeida sponsored many state-run programs to promote Bahian cultural heritage in Maracao and elsewhere in the Asterias. Almeida was perhaps best known for his aggressive policies, both foreign, which saw support given for Chistovodia during its war with Nuxica, as well as internal, where he was central to Maracao's transition away from the conventional council communist model seen throughout the socialist world and towards increased presidential power as well as policies that promoted the Revolutionary Liberation Front as a vanguard party in the country.
