The Gregarious Gregocracy of Polder Island is a tiny island nation consisting of 1 city with a total resident population of 741 (2021). The nation was founded by Gregory "Greg" Q. Penistone of Penistone Incorporated. Polder Island acts as a tax haven and major tourist attraction within Anteria.
History
Polder Eiland was founded in 2018 as a protest against the taxation of Penistone, Inc. in its original country. Since then, it has become a self-reliant country, entirely run by Greg. It was made as a reference to an althistory book in which there was a country called Polder Eiland that was part of the Sekidean Union.

Language
The official language is English, but there is poorly-translated Dutch bespeckled across the streets, due to Greg's fanboying about aforementioned althistory.

Polder Eiland is comprised of one island in the southern seas of east Anteria. Its highest point is 100 m above sea level.
Climate
The islands are frigid year round. The highest temperature recorded on the island ever is 22 degrees Celsius, and the lowest temperature recorded is -45 degrees Celsius.

Transportation
There is only one road on the island that is not employee-only access, and it is three lanes that go in one direction around the city. However, most travel is done via high-speed monorail. Not that high-speed is needed, Greg just likes it that way.
Energy
All of the nation’s energy consumption comes from geothermal power.
Economy
Polder Eiland's economy comes entirely from Tourism and from money being generated by Greg living there and Penistone, Inc being headquarted there.
