The Noble Republic of Hétumoger, (Hétumoger language: Hétumoger Nemes Köztársaság ( listen); /heːtmɒɟɒr/ ( listen)) known either as Hétumoger or The Noble Republic is a sovereign state located in Eastern Belisaria. Bordered to the west by Drevstran and to the north by Suvarova with sea access to the west. Hétumoger has played an important role in ancient and medieval history within Eastern Belisaria. The political system of Hétumoger is built around the system of the Nemesség, what is termed as a democratic noble republic.
Various Indigeneous tribes have inhabited Hétumoger for centuries. These indigeneous cultures existed since the establishment of Tervingia. Hétumoger as a region was documented as a concept during the Confederation of Hétumoger in 257 A.D.. These indigeneous tribes were united by János I in 297 A.D., and quickly engaged in the Jánosian War with Tervingia. Under János I, Hétumoger quickly shifted into a monarchy. After 4 generations in 572 A.D., Hétumoger fully formalized its identity as a monarchy under the Compact of János, which created the First Kingdom of Hétumoger. Under János I, the idea of the Némesseg as apart of cultural identity integrated into the system of the monarchy as the leaders of the tribes. In 1254, Hétumoger became the center of the Apostolic Renewal, which permenantly changed the alignment of Hétumoger and its population from Alban Christianity. In 1909, Hétumoger entered the Néma Forradalom during the Third Kingdom. The Néma Forradalom was followed up by the Citizenry Uprising in 2927 that divided the Nemesség-led Second Noble Republic. From 1929 after the end of the uprising, Hétumoger existed between the recognized Third Noble Republic and the unrecognized Citizens Republic. The two entities reintegrated after the Congress of Nemesség and Polgárság into the Fourth Noble Republic, the current government that lead Hétumoger currently.
Currently, Hétumoger leads itself as a directoral republic that establishes the divisions of its government between the Nemesség and the Polgárság, alongside giving balance between the two classes. The executive branch operates as the Országgyűlés, the Office of the Országgyűlés, and its figurehead, the Primor Nemesség. The executive branch is staffed and operated exclusively by the Nemesség. The legislative branch is a unicameral house, the Népkormány. The Népkormány is staffed by both Nemesség and Polgárság, making it a mixed branch. The judicial branch is the Supreme Citizens Court, operated and appointed exclusively by the Polgárság. There are two representative positions that hold legal authority within the Népkormány to represent both divisions. The Először Nemesség is considered to be the leader of the Nemesség, while the Serene Minister is considered to be the leader of the Polgárság.
Etymology
Hétumoger as a word describes the original confederation of the seven tribes. Hétu in Hétumogerian language is translated to 7, while moger is a simplified way of writing Mogyër, which is Elder Hétumogerian. Mogyër itself refers and is usually translated to "man, men".
The original name that the Confederation adopted was the Mogyër Királyság (listen). This was a term that was officiated during the Union of Hétumoger by János I after the Hétumogerian Seven Tribes War.
History
The Hétumogerians as a culture have existed since the establishment of Tervingia and were united under Janós I, the first Emperor of Hétumoger under the Confederation of Hétumoger. The Hétumogerians were initially a mix of agricultural and nomadic people, and were raiders in warfare. After the end of the Nemesség Uprising, the Confederation was abolished and the First Kingdom of Hétumoger was established in the 7th century. During this time, Hétumoger built itself to become a regional power with the unique focus of horse archery as a pivotal point of its army. During the 11th century, Hétumoger entered what is known as the Age of Principles, which brought about a peaceful reformation of government that sought to the equalization of political power between the Nemesség and Polgárság. The Second Kingdom of Hétumoger superceded the First Kingdom. Hétumoger afterwards under János II began a policy of self-isolation after the establishment of the state of Lushyodorstag.
