The Internal State (Chandan: 𑐡𑑀𑐚𑑀𑐡𑐫𑐐 𑐄𑐮𑐸𑐲, Dotodyg Ulus) is a term used to refer to the Sovereign Base Areas of the People's Liberation Army, which is an autonomous dependent territory within Chanda owned and controlled by the People's Liberation Army of Chanda. These lands are known as Military Owned Land, which includes PLA military bases and installations, as well as other lands such as infrastructure or businesses. They were retained by the Army under the Gurkhan Agreement, before the establishment of the Birlikist Republic, which allowed the PLA to maintain the land it directly controlled during the West Shalegho Commandery. Inside the territory, the PLA has direct jurisdiction instead of the Chandan government and has authority over its administration.
