The government in Treleini parts of the country does engage in more active censoring, however circumventing censorship is not illegal as per the national government. Openly advocating for a return to free market economic systems does carry a civil fine ranging in costs, and openly supporting the previous Federal Constitution and flying or displaying the flag of the Federal Republic of Capisaria for non-educational/historical purposes is a criminal offense.

The Diamnean Constitution guarantees the right of free speech in most cases. However, the Diamnean government does participate in some of the strictest restrictions on speech in the Verdean Archipelago, with sedition, obscenity, and some cases of blasphemy being illegal, as well as prohibitions on incitement to violence and libel.

The Cuarzan government has guaranteed the right of free speech to all of its citizens, and has very few restrictions on speech, with the only illegal speech activities being calls for violence, and some forms of hate speech.
