Eusera, officially known as the Respublica Eusera, or as the Euseran Republic by many foreigners, is a country in Kylaris that is located in the southern Euclean continent. It shares a border with Gaullica to the north, Lusitana to the east and south, Rhaetia to the west, and Caesena to the south. Until 987, the country was a part of Gaullica, and broke free with Jakue's Rebellion. Most notably, the country is known for being the ethnic homeland of the Euseran people, and it is believed that the ethnicity originated in the hills around the capital city of Basalona. It has also existed as a country since the middle ages, and is known for fending off multiple invasions and for having a history of conflict with other Euclean nations that stretches from the Kingdom of Eusera all the way to modern day.

It is said by historians that Eusera was formed by Jakue I, who was a noble in Gaullica that was the one to lead the country in popular uprising against their liege, gathering support and using his own holdings to fund the rebellion. In April 987, Jakue I became the first King of Eusera and the first in the long Jakubian Dynasty that would influence Eusera and the surrounding areas up until the early modern era. After the Jakubian Dynasty, the country would experience the turbulent rule of the House of Exarte, who would meet an early end to their rule and would hand off power to other houses and eventually the House of Eliza, who would mismanage the country and see it fragment into western, southern, and northern factions. The south, however, would unify the nation in 1923, and would create the modern state of the Euseran Republic.

Eusera is a highly developed country that has a high GDP per capita and general high standard of living, though things were not always this way. The country progressed greatly after the Great War, partly because it was no longer held back by dynastic disputes and issues with the monarchist government system. 1923 was also when the monarchist system officially ended in all of the regions of Eusera, and coincides with a raise in living standards. These living standards are especially high in the cities, such as Basalona, though political analysts have predicted those cities to continue to cause tension with the split between cities and rural regions growing. That split supposedly characterizes many things in Eusera, with city life being completely different from the blue collared rural life lived by many farmers, suburban citizens, and others outside of the major metro areas.

The country has been a democracy since 1923 and makes use of two houses, a Common House elected by the people and a more exclusive Upper House that is elected by the lower house. The current government was formed by a coalition between the Euseran People's Party and the Euseran Traditionalist Party, with Lucile Sechevara of the People's Party serving as President after being elected by a large margin in 2016.
