Turnleer is the third-largest city in Elbresia, after Allengin and Oftbon. It has a population of 2,872,000 and is located on the southeasternmost point of Elbresia on its namesake island, with a coast on the Olympic Ocean. Turnleer is one of the main cultural and industrial centers of Elbresia. The city center is known for its concentration of high-rises and office/retail space.
