Allengin is the capital of Elbresia. It has a population of 4,531,000, making it the second-largest city in the country behind Oftbon. The city is located on the mouth of the Ciset River, which empties into the Olympic Ocean on the eastern coast of the country. Allengin is one of the main cultural and industrial centers of Elbresia. Allengin has been dubbed a "Capital of Nortua", as it is ranked highly by the size of economy, culture, transportation and tourism among cities like Laitstadt, Norasa, and Autrataya. It headquarters offices of the Coalition of Crown Albatross and the Coalition Trade Organization, and it also serves as the seat of the Nortuan Congress of the Alliance of Nortuan States. Allengin hosted the 1990 World Cup, in which the national team placed second after losing to Shoassau.

Allengin is the seat of the Elbresian government and most of its agencies, including the highest courts in the judiciary, and the official residencies of the President and the Prime Minister. The Federal Assembly of Elbresia, also known as Parliament, has its functions in the city, as does the Elbresian Armed Forces. The city is home to thousands of businesses and is an economic hub for the country and continent. Many attractions in the city, including museums, parks, and palaces, are renowned worldwide.
