Kotowari City (Kelugu: Kōṭavāri Nagaraṁ, Ramil: Kōṭṭōvari Nakaram) is the capital city of Kotowari and part of the Capital Territory of Kotowari City (CTKC). Kotowari City is the seat of all three branches of the government of Kotowari, hosting the Parliament House, Kottovari Kamyuns and the Supreme Court of Kotowari. It is one of the most populated cities in Europa.
