State Highway 161 (SH 161) is a minor state highway running through suburban Cameron County, and providing access to downtown Youngstown. For almost its entire length, SH-255 is a four lane roadway with sidewalks and center turn lane with a 50 MPH speed limit. In downtown Youngstown, SH 161 is split into a pair of one way streets.
