State Highway 130 (SH 130) is a highway that runs from SH-89 in Midvale to Ibican Route 59 outside Abilene. In Youngstown, the portion of SH-130 from I-25 to SH 161 forms a concurrency with I-30, and from I-25 to Loop 25 West, SH 130 maintains interstate standards, a relic of the originally planned routing of Interstate 30, before it was routed south through Toledo. After departing I-30's routing, SH 130 becomes a major thoroughfare through eastern Youngstown as a 6 lane avenue. After an intersection with Spur 11, SH 130 becomes a rural 4 lane divided roadway through suburban Cameron County and Mansfield and on to a diamond interchange with IR-59 south of Abilene.
