The Charter of the Alliance of Nortuan States, is the founding treaty and thus the "constitution" of the Alliance of Nortuan States (ANS). The charter was signed in the Besmenian city of Samaroda on June 1, 1989 by Besmenia, Elbresia, Versenia, Candatora and the Commonwealth of Arenor and went on December 1, 1989 in force.
