Zhao Yongnian (15 May 1997) is a Taoyuanese officer currently serving in the Taoyuanese Armed Forces and as member of Jade Company under Task Force 141. He is the team's engineer.
As a young man, he was often doing either two things; working for an Engineering firm or doing his part-time job at Checheng's entertainment bar doing stand-up comedy. Yongnian is known for his natural comedic humour, often cracking jokes, even corny ones while on duty. He studied Chemical Engineering at the National University of Checheng, where he graduated in 2017, at about the same time as he was doing his army reservist duties. Following his graduation, he joined the Taoyuanese Army as a full-time soldier and was assigned to Jade Company, where he became very tight with the group. He later dated Lily Clemens, an army nurse from Gallia-Bruhl.
He is the grandson of EWII veteran Zhao Changshui, who was known for his role in Crown Company.
