The Supreme Russa of Russatrova (Russian: Тхе Супреме Русса оф Руссатрова) is the highest legislative body in Russatrova that oversees all social, economic, and military affairs. It is broken into two houses, The Presidium and Council of Commissars, Both Chairmen and Commissars are chosen through direct election every ten years. Members are affiliated to the Soviet Party only rarely are there independents. The Supreme Russa has 650 voting members: 325 Chairmen and 325 Commissars. The Premier may also become a voting member in the event of a tie or standstill.
