The V Olympic Winter Games were a multi-sport event celebrated in São Jorge, the second-largest city of Dunboor state in Cafundéu, and included 62 participating nations. The city, known mostly for its universities and museums of religious artifacts, received considerable infrastructure investment from the Cafundelese government to prepare for the Games. Quintessence of Dust won eight gold medals, the most of any competing nation, and tied with Kelssek for the most number of medals won (22).

Host selection

The voting process was conducted by the Kelssek Olympic Committee, and also ratified the Olympic Charter.

Venues

The bulk of the venues were newly constructed with the Cafundelese government delivering impressively large and luxurious facilities. New venues in São Jorge city were also financed by major companies Banco Econômico, Canabrava Cachaça, Guaraná Muquirana, Cafundela, and 25 de Maio Publishing.
