The 14th Summer Olympics, officially known as the Games of the XIV Olympiad were an international multi-sport event celebrated in the cities of Orean, Liventia and Istria, Banija. It was the 14th summer edition of the Olympic Games and the first to be hosted by a majority-Black or majority-Mormon nation. This was also the fourth time Liventia hosted the Olympics. Athletes representing 89 national Olympic committees, 21 of which were part of three combined team delegations, took part in the Olympics. For organizational purposes, there were thus 71 delegations.

The opening ceremony was held simultaneously in the two host cities, at Grovers Park in Orean and Istria Olympic Stadium in Istria. Preliminary matches in several team sports, as well as boxing, began two days before the opening ceremony. In Istria, spectators were treated to depictions of Banija's history and culture and a performance by two-time WorldVision runner-up Dijana Jurina. The cauldron in Istria was lit by Omugabe (Prince) Ssekamanya with a throwing spear. The Orean opening ceremony presented a retrospective of the previous Olympics to be held in Orean, the 8th Summer Olympics. The ceremonial portion in Orean saw the President of Liventia Jonny Ryder and the crown prince of Banija declare the Games open, with the cauldron being lit by multi-sport athlete and Olympic champion Jérôme Taric.

The logo was designed by Vilitan firm 3WD and symbolizes the banners of the two host nations and the Olympic motto of "faster, higher, stronger".
